Imagine you are walking in a store or a commercial district and your mobile device automatically gives you information of the area according to your own personal interest. It could send you informative messages or video or it could even guide you from point A to point B. This is the kind of unique and groundbreaking potential we see through Neioo.

Neioo is a backend service that we created as a means to enhance an experience and understanding of the physical world by using iBeacon technology. As will be explained later, we view Neioo as friendly, clean and modern. The name by itself was inspired by the movie Matrix. In the film, Neioo is meant to be become the one who creates the bridge between physical and digital world. This is where we start our idea.

Identity

Considering our limited time and budget, typography is the quickest the most powerful way for one to establish a more defined personality of a brand. In order to create the friendly look and feel we strive for we selected our logotype with the rounded fonts. We hope with this wordmark would engender a more trust in our brand for our audience.

In the Matrix, the idea of connectivity and infinity plays a large role in shaping Neioo's experience. To represent this idea, we connected the “O” together with another letter “O” to form the infinity symbol and the end of the our brand name.

Colour

We incorporated the blue-green gradient color to communicate the idea of merging, which highlights our concept of integration. Blue and green represents the physicality of earth and the ethereal essence of sky. We want to be the brand that merges the physical and digital.

Typography

Considering Neioo will be on multiple platforms, we have different typography treatments to support each platform. Our typography has to follow the brand with a clean look and feel. At the end of day, we still want our information is easy to read.

Support

Graphical dots play a supporting role in our brand strategy. These dots represent people who are in the beacon community or zone. With Neioo we are creating and enhancing community and shopping experiences by connecting the people to their environments.

The
family

We at Neioo have big plans for this type of connectivity.  In the Neioo family we not only provide a website and backend service., but we also provide apps like Neioo Places, Officer and Playground that allows user to connect with beacons.
